Deep, Deeper, Deepest
A type of massage therapy, deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure
and slow strokes to focus on a specific problem or injury and reach deeper layers of
muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). It is used for chronic
aches and pain and contracted areas, to break up scar tissue, knots or adhesions and
realign muscle fibers, muscle tension, for tightness and soreness, repetitive strain injury,
postural problems and limited mobility, and much more
This treatment is my signature deep tissue massage and was created to help you feel
better just after one session and keep that for many weeks after. By combining a deep
work with the most effective massage enhancements to release a tight muscles this must
help you

Please note After the massage, you may feel some stiffness or soreness, as well you will
get some cupping marks although it should subside within a day or so, for cupping
marks might take few days to disappear so consider drinking adequate amounts of
water to help to flush the metabolic waste from the tissues.
Starting with Steam Tent (As heat penetrates the muscles, capillaries dilate and there is
an increased flow of oxygen to sore muscles. Muscles and tissues become more pliable
and relaxed helping to increase mobility and reduce stiffness.) follow by full body
massage or only areas you would wish to be focus on with adding dynamic(moving) and
static(in place) cupping therapy on the areas with the highest tension as well as using
cold massage roller the mixture of cryotherapy and massage techniques are proven to
reduce swelling and inflammation. Massage ball provides cooling relief for deep tissue
inflammation, stressed muscles, and tension-induced headaches

This treatment is designated for people who suffers from chronic pain caused by
arthritis. Every enhancements in this treatment is very beneficial for people who are affected by
arthritis. In this treatment you will discover benefits of the Steam Tent Therapy (Steam therapy
has been used for hundreds of years by many cultures in the treatment of arthritis,
rheumatism, joint stiffness, and muscle spasms.) follow with a customized massage with
